EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY

At Nash, your satisfaction is our top priority. To ensure a smooth and fair experience for everyone, we have updated our refund & exchange policy.

•⁠ ⁠Packages cannot be opened or tried on while the courier is waiting.

•⁠ ⁠You have 48 hours from the time of delivery to request a refund or exchange.

•⁠ ⁠Simply fill out our Refund & Exchange Request Form within the 48-hour window.

•⁠ ⁠Once we receive the returned package, our team will inspect the item.

•⁠ ⁠The item must be returned in its original condition: unworn, unused, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and free from any damage, stains, odors, or defects.

•⁠ ⁠If the item meets our return conditions, your request will be approved.

•⁠ ⁠Refunds will be processed via InstaPay within a maximum of 7 business days after your return has been received and approved.

•⁠ ⁠Sale items are eligible for exchange only and cannot be refunded.

•⁠ ⁠Shipping fees are non-refundable.

•⁠ Customers are responsible for return/exchange shipping costs unless the item is defective or received wrong item.
