Exchange & Refund Policy

• Packages cannot be opened or tried on while the courier is waiting.
• You have 48 hours from the time of delivery to request a refund or exchange.
• Simply fill out our Refund & Exchange Request Form within the 48-hour window.
• Once we receive the returned package, our team will inspect the item.
• The item must be returned in its original condition: unworn, unused, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and free from any damage, stains, odors, or defects.
• If the item meets our return conditions, your request will be approved.
• Refunds will be processed via InstaPay within a maximum of 7 business days after your return has been received and approved.
• Sale items are eligible for exchange only and cannot be refunded.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Customers are responsible for return/exchange shipping costs unless the item is defective or received wrong item.
